Smoothie Bowl with mango and apricot
Ingredients:
Smoothie
- 110g of mango
- 4 dried apricots
- 25g banana
- 100ml almond milk (or any other)
- 50ml coconut milk (can be diluted with some water)
- 50ml orange juice
- 1 spoon of agave syrup
Toppings
- cupped hand of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- half of banana (cut into slices)
- 1 spoon of coconut shreds or flakes
- 1 spoon of pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
- fresh mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
- Roast the pumpkin seeds on the dry pan or in the oven (you can skip that part).
- Blend all the smoothie ingredients with a hand blender. Pour the mixture into the bowl.
- Add the toppings. Place them on the top of the smoothie mixture, sprinke with spirulina and fresh mint leaves.
Smoothie Bowl with avocado and spinach
Ingredients:
- 75g avocado
- 23g spinach leaves
- 200ml vegan milk
- 1 teaspoon of agave syrup
- 1 spoon of lime juice
Toppings
- cupped hand of fruits of the forest (fresh or frozen)
- half of banana (cut into slices)
- cupped hand of nuts (I used walnuts and almonds)
- fresh mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
- Roast the nuts on the dry pan or in the oven (you can skip that).
- Blend all the smoothie ingredients with a hand blender. Pour the mixture into the bowl.
- Add the toppings. Place them on the top of the smoothie mixture and enjoy!
