Smoothie Bowls – mango & apricot, avocado & spinach.

Ingredients:

Smoothie
  • 110g of mango
  • 4 dried apricots
  • 25g banana
  • 100ml almond milk (or any other)
  • 50ml coconut milk (can be diluted with some water)
  • 50ml orange juice
  • 1 spoon of agave syrup
Toppings
  • cupped hand of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • half of banana (cut into slices)
  • 1 spoon of coconut shreds or flakes
  • 1 spoon of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
  • fresh mint leaves (optional)

Preparation

  1. Roast the pumpkin seeds on the dry pan or in the oven (you can skip that part).
  2. Blend all the smoothie ingredients with a hand blender. Pour the mixture into the bowl.
  3. Add the toppings. Place them on the top of the smoothie mixture, sprinke with spirulina and fresh mint leaves.

Smoothie Bowl with avocado and spinach

  • 75g avocado
  • 23g spinach leaves
  • 200ml vegan milk
  • 1 teaspoon of agave syrup
  • 1 spoon of lime juice
Toppings
  • cupped hand of fruits of the forest (fresh or frozen)
  • half of banana (cut into slices)
  • cupped hand of nuts (I used walnuts and almonds)
  • fresh mint leaves (optional)

Preparation

  1. Roast the nuts on the dry pan or in the oven (you can skip that).
  2. Blend all the smoothie ingredients with a hand blender. Pour the mixture into the bowl.
  3. Add the toppings. Place them on the top of the smoothie mixture and enjoy!
